Video game sales and rental may be popular simply because of artistic and entertainment through and through. As a multimedia entertainment, today's video games may be highly unique fusion of 3D art, CG effects, architecture, artificial intelligence, sound effects, dramatic performances, music, storytelling and interactivity. Video games being interactivity may be the most important aspect about this medium. Interactivity may allow the player or players to delve into what amounts to a stylized, artistic depiction and simulation of some three-dimensional environment, which the player or players operate. No other medium can do what a video game can do entertainment wise. Scenarios may play out a little different each time the player or players sit down to interact.
